The Genius Educator Certification
The Genius Educator Certification will accredit you to:
Use the Genius School suite of assessments and tools to help young people discover and live in their Genius consistently
Work one on one and also with larger groups of young people to find their flow and reach their full potential
Run high quality, high impact personal profile debriefs with young people
Structure learning experiences to work holistically with children (using the 3-frame day)
Build your own unique content to be shared with Educators and young people globally on GeniusU as part of the Genius School Curriculum
Genius Educator Certification
LEARN
By completing this certification, you will be fully accredited to:
- Profile and debrief young people and their parents/families
- Facilitate and/or lead Micro Camps and Micro courses
- Facilitate school based Genius Camps
Once trained as a Genius Educator, you can access other programmes within the Genius School suite of products and will be provided with opportunities to train and lead higher level events

Monetise your impact
- Earn revenue personalising education experiences
- earn up to $4,500 per camp and minimum $100 per hour delivering micro courses.
Leave with a promotion plan that enables you to earn at least an additional $50,000, revenue per year

Angie Stead
Angie purchased her first Early Childhood centre in Palmerston North in 2011 and is now the owner/director of three childcare centres located in the Wellington and Manawatu region, whilst providing training and consultancy services to other centres. She also owns in home childcare centres throughout New Zealand. The philosophy of Angie’s centres focussing on providing a loving and nurturing environment with a focus on creativity, imagination and emotional intelligence, whilst promoting an environment where children learn respect for themselves, each other and the environment.
Karen Bonanno
Karen Bonanno is an Australian based educator and national provider of professional learning for teachers. She also owns an education consulting business focusing on helping tweens, teens and young adults find their true potential. As a Global Genius Educator with Genius School, she is involved in leading and delivering the Genius School Curriculum.
Sandi Herrera
Sandi is the Founder & CEO of Educator Dynamics and the Founder & Executive Director of Genius School US.
