The Micro Camp is a fun-packed transformational event during which your child will identify and explore their natural strengths, passions and purpose, discover their true genius and understand why they find some things easy and other things not so easy, and why everyone is uniquely different.

At camp, we focus on recognising individual strengths and setting everyone up for success!
Micro Camp is a 3 half-day virtual event with live interaction with Genius School Educators who will help them to understand their unique genius and how they can add value to make a difference to the community in which they live and the world around them.
25 young people will spend 4 hours each day engaged in different online and offline activities to help them discover their true genius. They will also explore everything from how different genius types can work for them, how different people find success and how they can use their genius to discover their flow and purpose.
Each Genius Camper is supported to build their strengths, passions, develop life skills, and grow their confidence.
Spaces are limited to small group size to cater for personalised learning.
Genius School is launching globally with a curriculum from Pre-K to High School in Sep 2021.
We are limiting classes globally to just 100 per grade in year one. Students can learn via home school, virtual classes or local microschools. All students will have a personalised Genius School learning pathway. Each will design a life around their passion and purpose and learn leadership, life and entrepreneur skills.
Genius School has a global team of edupreneurs delivering programs to their local schools and communities. Including microcamps, microcourses, programs for schools, retreat camps and microschools for young people.
The traditional education experience is often disengaging, irrelevant and redundant in a one size fits all model. Genius School is a model that is personalised and individualised, bringing out the unique genius in every child.
Kerri is the leader of Genius School’s Microcamps and has a background in Early Childhood Education. It was through her experience working within the childcare industry that her passion for children's health and well-being grew.
Karen is the leader of the Genius School’s Young Entrepreneur Academy. Karen believes every young person has the right to be successful and is passionate about igniting the genius in every child to help them discover their inspiring future. She is an educator, youth coach and mentor working with tweens, teens and young adults.
Sandi is the Founder & CEO of Educator Dynamics and the Founder & Executive Director of Genius School US. She discovered her passion for developing strong workplace cultures and igniting the genius in educators and students while working as COO for Delivering Happiness, established by Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh.

Qualified Genius Educators provide guidance for the Genius Campers when they work together to prepare their presentations to make a difference to the world around them.
Virtual Social Connections with Other Young People
During the camp, there are opportunities for your child to connect with like-minded young people globally who share similar interests and passions.
This is the opportunity for the Genius Campers to learn about their path of least resistance to success in life, how they learn best and how to use those strengths to help them achieve their goals, not only in school today, but also throughout their lives.
We dive deeper into how our Genius Campers own who they show up as in the world and as leaders in their schools and communities. We teach them how to leverage the team around them by focusing on and valuing the genius in each camper.
We create an opportunity for the Genius Campers to work together to give back to their community in a meaningful way.
We also share with the parents and caregivers what the Genius Campers have learned and how they can continue to support them through understanding their path of least resistance as a student and a future leader.
