Young people seek freedom, and a sense of identity. The past 18 months have been especially challenging for those aged between 10 to 18, with so many individual changes and global shifts. At Genius School, we can provide them with tools and activities to give them clarity on who they are, by identifying their own genius. Every kid has a genius — a source of great talent and skills.

A child’s future is not dependent on test scores, but on having the confidence to try new things. Instead of just memorisation, our systems celebrate the real genius that lies in their uniqueness.

That’s why we have created the Genius School Micro Camps, where kids learn about their path of least resistance to success in life. They also get the chance to learn about how to use their natural strengths, to help them achieve their goals. Not just in school, but throughout their lives.

As society moves quickly towards a digital world, where online and offline merge ever more, we dive deeper into how our Micro Campers show up as leaders in their schools and communities. We also create opportunities for them to work together so they can give back to their community in a meaningful way. They learn how to leverage the genius in the team members around them.

Finally, we share with the parents and caregivers what the Genius Campers have learned, and how they can continue to support them through understanding their path of least resistance, as both a student and a future leader. It’s a it's a 3-half day journey to learn about themselves, and show up.
